As a mom, I’m such a sucker for sweet, chubby cheeked newborns—there’s honestly nothing cuter in this world. So when Kait reached out for some newborn photos of her new little man, I was stoked!
We decided to do Oliver’s newborn photography session in their beautiful home in Calgary, AB. I'm a big advocate for in-home newborn sessions, because there's just something about them that brings out the realness and authenticity in photos. Plus, as time flies by, these pictures become more than just snapshots—they're a glimpse into what life was like, not just how everyone looked, but also the vibes and feel of their home at that special moment.
(And not to mention, Oliver had the sweetest jungle-themed nursery, so it was a dream to capture some special moments in there.)
Everything about this session was so lovely, and it was so nice spending time with Kait, Mark and Oliver (and playing with their VERY cute pup Huxley).
